Edit: I used this company about a year ago, but have been busy and forgot to get to the review.
This company is a scam waiting to happen! They quoted us a price of $2832. for the relocation from Maryland to South Carolina. They held our house full furniture and etc. hostage for a total $5400.00 extra than what was originally quoted. They kept us waiting from 8 AM till 7:30 PM to come pack our belongings for delivery the next day. That's when they told us it would cost $3200. extra and put our belongings in storage until the money could be electronically transferred from our acct. to their bank acct. Upon delivery 6 days later they charged us another $1888.00. so furniture could ba transferred from a flatbed to an enclosed truck even though they were told that a tractor trailer was permitted in our community. This company is unethical to say the least! They also brought our original check of $2832.00 to us and demanded cash. They wanted to only deal in cash. I contacted an attorney in their state to sue and was told that dealing in cash only was so there was no paper trail and avoiding paying taxes. The attorney told us we had a good case and would probably win the case although we would probably not get our money back . please avoid this company at all cost! They will rip you off!

Now you reached the stage where they control your life if you have booked your moving with them. As they ask to go to bank and do direct deposit or give Cash 3-4k for your delivery. Even after making Direct deposit - no guarantee for delivery day and time.
Cranked down A/C to 66 degrees and left the patio door open over a 3 day weekend on a third floor unit. Thanks guys. My A/C ran for 72 hours strait.
SO PLEASE BE AWARE and I have just gone though all this torture so I hope no one else will have to ever deal with this. At one time- I got so much frustrated that I told them Go and Sell off my stuff and I will file a legal complain.
This company is horrible. First off, let me just say that I caught the driver stealing a bottle of my moonshine, even though he said he doesn't drink. I didn't really drink anymore either, so I let him keep it. However, when it came time to receive my stuff, some of my higher dollar items were missing and a lot of furniture was broken. After attempting to get refunded, which is a feat in itself and should be saved for a separate review, they offered me $64 dollars. $64 dollars when at least a couple thousand was missing or broken. Screw this place. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. If you ever find yourself looking into this company for moving purposes, save yourself the time and just torch all of your stuff. It'll be less stressful.
BAD, WORST, POOREST Moving Company to deal with!!
This is one of the WORST company I encountered with in states. BAD estimation, Not good in communicating the correct information properly on time. Keep changing your pick-up and scheduled devilry and you will be stuck for your home/business goods and loose patience.
When they offer services- they will get agree to everything you would ask for at the best price but then the blackmailing starts from Pick-up. Now Scheduled pick-up time changes not by couple of hours but might be 2-3 days, cost change (almost double or triple) of your estimation, Payment mode changes from Credit Card to CASH and of course the delivery time.
I needed a box truck for my pick up and delivery. I was told that was no problem. I later found out that my delivery was going to be with a tractor trailer and if I wanted a box truck it would cost more. My contract did say I would get a box truck delivery but I thought I had a verbal agreement with them. PEOPLE IF YOU USE THEM MAKE SURE EVERYTHING YOU WANT IS IN THE CONTRACT. When I found out about not getting this box truck I called and was treated very poorly. All that they would say "it's not in your contract". The pick up went fine , no problems. The guys took care into packing and handling my belongings. The delivery on the other hand was a nightmare. The driver was not experienced and the tractor trailer did NOT have a lift gate. The driver got stuck on the road and had to be towed out . By the time the driver decided to let us , yes US, remove our belongings it was dark and we had to use our cars to light up the back of the truck . We had to borrow our neighbor's trailer to place my belongings on since the tractor trailer was stuck several hundred feet away from the building we had to unload into. Our belongings were thrown off the tractor trailer. The next day during day light I found several items damaged. I also incurred a wire fee due to them not being clear on the amount due at delivery. I was told a certain amount due at time of signing contract, a certain amount due at time of pickup and balance due at delivery. I later found out that they have a max amount due at delivery which we were over. Had I known this we could of given them a bigger check at time of pick up. With no time to send them a check we had to go to our bank at our new home in a different state and wire them the difference so that my belongings would be delivered. I would love to give them NO stars but this review will not let me. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING YOUR MONEY.
My moving experience with them was a NIGHTMARE.
