Worse ATM ever I know is new but it's too tall even for a regular car what did they make it for tall truck only??? We have to get out of the car to get to the screen shame...
Outrageous!!! Do not come here! Every time I come here there's only one teller working; there is never the chance to pop in take care of business and leave whenever I come here. I asked manager today finally why there's only one teller when there were easily 15-20 people waiting in line, he told me that they only have two tellers at this location. How is this possible? Why is it they can muster plenty of people to handle foreclosing on peoples homes, but can't manage more than 2 tellers here? If I could give 0 stars I would.
I wish I could give this location a 0 star. Bank of America has closed their driveup permanently to force people to do their own transactions. I went in today to make a large withdrawal since you cannot do more $1500 at the ATM. 1 teller was staffed and about 10 people in line. This is so pathetic when it comes to customer service. The bank manager was in the back and just watched everyone in line. The icing on the cake, no lollipops for kids, lol. The teller says we no longer do that. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that cares about their foot traffic.
